1. General

1.1 - La Botanique® is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized use of this trademark, including reproduction or imitation, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

1.2 - This website and all its content are the property of La Botanique® and may not be used by third parties without permission.

2 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

2.1 - Once payment has been received and your order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

2.2 - To return or exchange a product, please contact La Botanique®’s customer service at info@labotanique.nl. Make sure to include your order number. You will receive a return form and return shipping address. The return form must be included in the return shipment for La Botanique® to process the return.

2.3 - Wearable items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:

✿ The original labels are still attached.

✿ There are no signs of damage, wear, or tear caused by the customer.

2.4 - All other items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:

✿ The product is in its original packaging.

✿ There are no signs of damage, wear, or tear caused by the customer.

2.5 - La Botanique® will assess whether a full refund is justified upon receiving the returned product. Possible outcomes include:

✿ Full refund

✿ Partial refund

✿ Exchange

✿ Store credit

✿ Discount code for a future order

2.6 - In the case of a full refund, La Botanique® will reimburse the product cost and the initial shipping fee within 10 working days.

2.7 - Return shipping costs, additional import fees, and any other expenses incurred by the buyer after purchase will not be refunded.

3 Shipping

3.1 - Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and vary based on destination and product type.

3.2 - La Botanique® does not offer free shipping.

3.3 - Orders will be processed within 10 working days.

3.4 - Orders will not be shipped until payment is completed.

3.5 - Estimated shipping times follow PostNL’s or DHL’s delivery schedules.

3.6 - La Botanique® is not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery, such as import taxes or customs duties.

3.7 - La Botanique® uses the following shipping methods:

La Botanique® determines the appropriate shipping partner for each product and destination. Customers will receive tracking information once the order is fully processed.

3.8 - Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Customers may choose any shipping carrier for returns. Please refer to Chapter 2: Returns & Refunds for further instructions.

3,9 - La Botanique® reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
