Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
✿ The Netherlands: 1–2 working days
✿ Within Europe: 2–15 working days
✿ Outside Europe: Up to 25 working days
Please note that these delivery times exclude processing time.
We require up to five working days to process your order. This may take longer during public holidays.

Within The Netherlands:

✿ Standard package: €6.75
✿ Insured package: €8.70
Within Europe – Zone 1*
✿ Standard package: €13.00
✿ Insured package: €15.50
Within Europe – Zone 2*
✿ Standard package: €18.50
✿ Insured package: €21.00
Outside Europe:
✿ Standard package: €29.30
✿ Insured package: €31.80
We do not offer free shipping.
*Shipping Zones:
✿ Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (including Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (including Balearic Islands, excluding Canary Islands), Sweden.
✿ Zone 2: All other European countries (excluding Russia).
Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation
Once payment has been received and your order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, received a flawed product, or are otherwise unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact page or email info@labotanique.nl.
Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
If we approve the return, we will email you a return form. Please complete this form and include it in your return shipment. Also, indicate whether you would like a return or an exchange.
✿ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✿ We do not offer free returns.
✿ Upon an approved return, we will refund the product cost and initial shipping costs.
Return Conditions
✿ Products must be in their original packaging or have labels still attached (depending on the product type).
✿ Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
✿ Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process and review your return.
